2026 China–Portugal Science & Technology Forum on Climate and Energy 编排说明 | Format Note 本手册采用中英文混排方式：中文为主、英文辅助，用于国际嘉宾现场阅读、会务执行和打印成册。 Compared with two separate language versions, this mixed bilingual format is more convenient for on-site international forums, seating coordination, simultaneous reference, and booklet binding. 论坛主题 | Forum Theme “2026 中葡气候与能源科技交流论坛”旨在汇聚创新动力，服务全球可持续发展。依托中葡两国在绿色低碳、 人工智能及青年人才领域的合作基础，论坛聚焦绿色能源开发、AI 垂直应用、AI 基础设施建设和青年科学家 合作，通过产学研深度对话，构建国际化合作新机制，打造中葡绿色科技合作典范。 The Forum aims to mobilize innovation for global sustainable development. Building on China–Portugal cooperation in green and low-carbon development, artificial intelligence, and youth talent cultivation, it focuses on green energy, vertical AI applications, AI infrastructure, and young scientists’ collaboration, with the goal of building a new international cooperation mechanism and a model for China–Portugal green technology collaboration.
